Hello and welcome to Wallys Race Photos

Here is a little info about myself.
I am from Scotland, and have been involved with motorcycles’ since the age of 12, taking part in trials, motocross, road racing etc.
In the late 70s, 80s I went to various race meetings in the UK, GP at Silverstone, then Donington park when sidecars ran with the GP boys, National and international meetings. In the 90s I went all over Europe on 2 or 3 week camping holidays on my motorcycle for my summer holidays visiting WSB or GP meetings. I have been interested in photography since I was at school, but never really got involved big time till 2000.
The opportunity came to cover sidecar racing in the photographic sense in 2001, 2002 when I was taken on as a team member with Team Skene Racing when they contested the sidecar world championship, a full season with WSB in 2003. 2004 saw me covering the Eastern Airways Sidecar Championship, Scottish Championship, and some UEM Championship meetings. In 2005 Superside took me on to cover the World Championship.
I have supplied photographs to all the top sidecar teams throughout the world, Webster, Reeves, Steinhausen etc also supplied pictures for Race programs, WSB, International and national programs, motorcycle sport papers, and most sidecar related Website’s.
I supplied photos to “Fast Bikes Magazine” for an article they did on sidecar racing in January 2006. I hope you enjoy browsing through my site and I hope I can take the great sport of Sidecar Racing to a greater public audience.
